Cosmetology Scholarship Opportunity

Apply for the Women Empowerment Cosmetology Scholarship! Share your passion for the beauty industry and take the next step toward joining an in-demand field. Complete all application questions and submit this form by August 6, 2026.  

The scholarship recipient will receive an $800 award applied toward tuition. Scholarship applicants will be notified by August 20, 2026, for the upcoming class beginning August 31, 2026. For additional information, please contact the Adult Education office at 757-923-5254 (option 4). 

Please note: This scholarship is offered through The College and Career Academy at Pruden (CCAP) and has been designated for female applicants by its third-party sponsor. Awards can only be granted to prospective students enrolling in the Cosmetology Program at CCAP. The recipient of this scholarship can only receive the award if accepted into the Cosmetology Program.
